Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do
Respia Business Support Groups:
- You meet online with 5 other high quality founders and leaders to talk candidly about the decisions you need to make. Groups are confidential and non-competitive so you can bring any issue for your peers to tackle.
- All groups are led by Respia’s founders. We’re fully committed to the success of each member. Through coaching and facilitation we help stimulate thinking, frame issues, guide discussions and keep the meetings focused and productive.
- You work out your concerns and plans, challenges and opportunities in confidence with people you respect and trust.
Collaborative Coaching:
- Your membership of a Respia Business Support Group includes monthly one-to-one coaching sessions. You get the support and personal insight you need as a founder and leader, ensuring you never feel alone on your journey.
- Respia coaching is a series of one-to-one in-depth discussions. Together we find answers to your questions, address obstacles, and decide what you’re going to do next.
- We bring contrasting and complementary approaches to our coaching practice. You may want the option of working with two coaches – the three of us can collaborate on the most important issues you face.
- Depending on your requirements, you can access coaching as an independent service or as part of our Respia group programme.
